Thank you for choosing "War Plane: Mission Rescue" as your virtual reality gaming experience. We strive to provide our players with the best gaming experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require a refund. Please review our refunds policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are eligible for purchases made directly through the Oculus Quest store.
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that you have not played the game for more than 2 hours.
2. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact Oculus Support directly through their website or app.
- Refunds are subject to the approval of Oculus Support and may take some time to process.
3. Exclusions:
- Refunds will not be provided for purchases made outside of the Oculus Quest store.
- Refunds will not be provided for purchases made more than 14 days prior.
- Refunds will not be provided for purchases where the game has been played for more than 2 hours.
